One of our Patriots, whose name I will not use, comes to mind when I sometimes find myself in a place of worry about our chances in this existential and eternal struggle for Liberty.
The man is built like a truck. Not a meek little Chevrolet Dooley - a Kenworth.
His heart is just as big.
I have met one of his children, and from what I have seen, he is one of those fathers men should seek to emulate. He is a family man. He has other children I have not yet met, but the smile on his face and in his eyes says all I need to know when he speaks of them.
I have met one of his dearest friends. That friend is much as you might expect from the man I have described. Hardcore. A man who looks you in the eye. A man who is not afraid to hug a fellow Patriot. And he makes one hell of a bottle of brandy. And he is one of those guys you want to be around. Always.
Our Patriot recently began Krav Maga after taking the CQB class with us. He's sent me two email updates, and I know enough about martial arts to know he is getting good training. He doesn't need to learn how to beat a Navy SEAL who is 'clicked on' in full go mode. He needs to be able to handle a few punks who may circle himself and his son, just long enough to pull his firearm and leave blood-splatter decorating the area.
Yes, he's got the balls to do it.
Yes, he's already got the skills, and he is refining them.
When I think of him, and other Patriots like him, especially those who get to deal with him in his Tribe, I feel better.
That is all.

"...in a recent book written by Mark Riebling, called, Wedge: The Secret War between the FBI and CIA, published in 1994, Riebling carries out a careful analysis of Golitsyn’s predictions in New Lies for Old, and he established that out of 148 falsifiable predictions, 139 had been verified by 1993! And he gave him an accuracy rating of over 94%..."
Folks, if you do not know your Golitsyn and Angleton, you simply do not have a grasp of what Evil this way comes.
Of course there is more than just Golitsyn and Angleton, but it is the bedrock.
Communism is the enemy. Whether the Communists are sincere ideologues, or simply posers using the trappings of Communism as a vehicle to power, you absolutely, without exception, must understand the enemy at this level or we will lose.
Even if I am wrong, it will take you less than a single evening to ready all the relevant information. You can spare an evening. And if I am right, you can't win without the knowledge.
Start at Wiki. Then read Wedge. Then read The Perestroika Deception. Then follow where the text leads you.
The worst case scenario? You think I am an idiot. I can live with that...

The Sheriff released a guy who had been arrested for carrying a firearm. The Sheriff's position was that the Second Amendment trumped bad gun laws.
Florida prosecuted him. Imagine that.
The jury told Florida to suck wind, and sent the Sheriff back to work.
For anyone keeping score - that's ONE genuine OathKeeper.

Holly and I are continuing to get ready for our winter in Benewah County, looking forward to the people, the snow, and the business we intend to open to help settle the III in town before other Pioneer Patriots arrive in the spring.
Dust-ups like that of the last few days will happen time and again, as losers in life seek to prevent our success. Such inferior people will always be handled the same - dismissed as irrelevant. Their bullhorns reach a very small piece of the internet, affecting little. Like this time, good people will always exit the process stronger than before.
Holly and I intend to open a wonderful studio on Main Avenue this winter. Other companies already planning to come to the county include firearms manufacturers, ammunition factories, retail gun shops complete with full lines of outstanding gear, a brewery, a Farmers Market is in the plans and many other useful businesses and services for the town of St. Maries. More businesses mean more jobs and economic growth!
Keep tuning into this blog for updates about coming new friends and neighbors.
The world beyond the beautiful state of Idaho is in the grips of dangerous trends that effect education and economy, politics and more. Only by building a strong, self-reliant town with good jobs and healthcare and people in important roles, like Sheriff Resser, can St. Maries not only survive, but prevail.
We look forward to being your neighbors and partners.

Cold Steel has discontinued their San Mai III Tanto line, which is the fighting knife of choice in the Kerodin household. Since Cold Steel has NOTHING that comes close to the Tanto as a Tier 1 blade, I need a replacement.
I like my KABAR, but it too was discontinued.
The Cold Steel Tier 2&3 blades are good for their purpose - but not what my go-to blade must be.
Any insights to the TigerShark? It has a 9" blade and serrations - both requirements. It lacks my tanto point, but I'll just have to deal.
Time to get serious and design my own fighting blade, huh?
Here's the webpage for the TigerShark.

As many of you have noticed in recent days, Mike has escaped his usual orbit of nucking futs.
As a result, I've moved posts regarding him to the garbage site.
The man is obviously mentally unstable, from my limited experience, and having to suffer through his own irrelevance in his dying days. I can only imagine how it must feel to have dedicated his entire life to seeking an outcome, only to end up poor, sick, despised, failed on every measure of manhood, and claiming the successes of others as his own. Now that he has brought a federal lawsuit upon his and his wife's head from at least one company and faces even further financial ruin, it would appear his Jesus Nut is about to let loose. Sadly, I think he may be dangerous to himself and others.
But, that's for him to sort out with his God.
I've done what I can do to help from this end. If needed, I'll write more on the topic this evening.

Sorry folks, as stated elsewhere on this site, posts pertaining to MBV have been moved where they belong, to the garbage site.
I love a man who runs his mouth then tries to hide behind .FedGov laws to try and make the big, bad Kerodin go away.

Suggested by a reader, the Toxic broadhead, made by Flying Arrow Archery.
Does anyone have any real-world experience with this broadhead? I'd like reports on penetration and wound channel.
It appears pretty f*cking devastating, and I am specifically curious as to your thoughts for anti-personnel use.
They run about $15 each - cheap if one is forced to use old-school self-defense tools.
**UPDATE** I asked about wound channel - check out the video.

This is Sacramento California, the other day. LEO was looking for a black gang-banger who had shot a few other badges. So, why the rifle at the head of a white guy who doesn't exactly fit the gang-banger profile?
Because there is .Gov and then everyone else.
It is now policy of .Gov that you will comply first, and if you live through that experience, you can protest about how you were treated - to other members of .Gov.
.Gov believes they are a superiors class of American, complete with preferential treatment by their peers, and entitled to deferential treatment by you.
There are only two remedies for this evolution.
One: You comply.
Two: Flank & Spank (TM) until those claiming superior status relent or become extinct.
How you live is up to you.

Moved the MBV post where it belongs, over to the garbage site. For all of you who commented, however you commented, thank you. If you commented, all comments were lost when transferring to the IIIFlorida site. Sorry. But, I know exactly where you each stand. Moving on...
I would suggest you consider dropping into the conversation at WRSA regarding nooses - it has evolved to the broader concept of philosophical divides in the community.

Two conversations on the topic.
1 - WRSA, here & Here.
2 - My place, here.
All hail Zoomie - and buy his stuff at Zazzle to really piss-off the Liberal F*cktards in your AO. (My thanks to Israel and Kevin for the new F*ucktard descriptor. It's getting a lot of play in the Kerodin circle. ;)
And you can buy the Official III noose on the right sidebar, with the III bot-branded into the coils. Make your position clear to the F*cktards in your AO. All proceeds go to further III activities.

First, thank you to all who have responded. You are more than allies. I do not use the word "friend" lightly or often, but you are friends. For those who are/were able to assist, thank you. For those who were not, no worries at all, believe me I get it.
Anyone on that list who is able, we haven't reached our goals yet. That burden doesn't fall to you, just a heads-up that we could use more help. Holly and I will be responding to you all personally in the next few days.
It is possible we may have to reach a wider audience by using the blog, time will tell. When you make it to Idaho, be ready to be our guests. Be ready to train. Bring your Tribe. We'll do all we can do to get you all up to speed.
For those who don't understand this post, please bear with me. I have found the best way to communicate with my allies is here.
Stay safe, folks. The world is spinning faster and the Enemies of Liberty are on the march. You are in their way. If possible, come to Idaho and stand with your back against mine. If you intend to stay where you are, several of us are working out protocols to get to you, either with manpower or supplies.
**NOTE** A very special call to those of you who are Tribe Elders: We are developing a protocol for communicating over long distances and building our network. It is imperative that even though we may be separated by hundreds, and thousands of miles, that we have command-level comms. Some will be old-school. Some will be creative new-school. We don't have anything more at the moment than a few rough ideas, but with the addition of men like Sam Culper, we can get this done.
One thing on my personal agenda: Combat Medical Operators. This is a topic I have a personal, life-long interest in becoming proficient. I want to establish a method of getting one combat medic in each Tribe, a person who is able to cross-train other members of your team. This process does not require high-level CommSec, but I will ask Sam C. if he can/will help us establish a suitiable methodology to communicate, then I will set about establishing a training program. Coming to each unit may be too complicated - perhaps establishing a training center in which your Combat Medic attends is the answer. These are topics we will have to discuss in the near future.
Suggestions welcome: K@Kerodin.com

America would still be a colony of the crown if it had not been for wealthy men who were willing to finance activities of resistance. It cost money for the simplest aspects of things like the Boston Tea Party. It cost money to cover the expenses of printing papers and delivering missives and even buying beer and food for a roundtable of Patriots whispering of the subversions they would undertake the following day. Buying weapons and powder and ball, boots and coats and the other essentials of a Revolution is an expensive proposition. As we saw in Valley Forge and elsewhere, not enough men with money were willing to put it to use to support the men who were fighting for their Liberty.
We do not have even a small collection of wealthy men in the modern III who are willing to underwrite the work that needs to be done. We do not have a wealthy man who is willing to cover the expenses of getting classes of Patriots through training programs like those offered by Mosby, Max, Culper, JC Dodge. We do not have a conglomerate of wealthy people who outfit medics, who finance ammunition loaders of commercial grade, who are willing to sink a few hundred thousand dollars into tooling up a weapons manufacturing company.
We have, at most, a few motivated people who are financially able and willing to bring Mosby to town to train a small local team, or bring me to town to teach a weekend of CQB. And we have very, very few of these people. For the most part, every Patriot is left to his own devices to outfit himself. Outfitting oneself properly is beyond many of our fellow Patriots, because kids need to eat every day and soccer fees need to be paid and medical bills are always there and without paying the rent or mortgage, the Patriot and family end up in a box under a bridge, able to help no one.
Even those Patriots who are able to modestly supply themselves face real-world limitations. To properly be equipped for a year of strife requires vast quantities of weapons, ammo, parts, food, fuel, vehicles, medical supplies, and much, much more. For one man to defend such a stockpile is a challenge unto itself. As the average Patriot works to outfit himself, there is very, very little remaining to help finance things like radio ads, pamphleteers, gun show campaigns, and the other essentials of a propaganda program. Many Patriots do everything they can - they toss $50 or $100 or a few hundred, once in a while even a thousand or few toward a specific activity. But it is tough for them, it often means they do without something important on the home front.
It is simply important, right now, that men with means begin letting dollars flow into the work that is being done by the few Patriots on point.
If you know people in your social or business life that may be inclined to support the work of Patriots financially, consider approaching them. If you have the ability and business sense to become a financial center, please consider taking on that responsibility. The work that needs to be done simply will never happen if money doesn't begin to flow. A half dozen men with means could send how many dozens of real Patriots to Mosby for training (or bring Mosby to them by covering his expenses and fees?) How many Patriots could receive serious medical training? How many safe houses could be staged? How many small groups could begin networking beneath the radar if travel expenses were covered for trusted operatives to move from AO to AO?
Consider approaching honest and reliable Patriots like CA, or Sam Culper, or others who can take point and ensure the dollars go to activities that benefit the cause. Personally, I am heading to Idaho and abandoning my national travels for several reasons, one of which is the expense. From Idaho I hope to be able to create a center that can serve Patriots who make it to me. But it is expensive. The sacrifice to my annual income, compared to running my DC businesses, is huge. I suspect several other people who wish to help by offer training (and other services for the cause) are equally hamstrung by lack of funds.
Think about it. Someone with the means needs to take point, soon.

As promised, the shop that helped me out when I needed to get a selection of Blue Gun trainers in a hurry. I was in Los Angeles a day before class on the 4th of July weekend. The guys at the shop were helpful and even gave me a discount on what we needed.
Blue Gun trainers help add a dimension of reality to your training. Strap on your holsters as you intend to wear, fill them with Blue Gun replicas of your firearms, then practice CQB. See if your weapons get in your way. See if they are in a bad spot for those times you will fall down - and you will fall down during CQB. Make sure you can easily defend your weapons in their holsters when one or two guys are trying to take you out at close range.
More awesomesauce from Zoomie, here.
IIIGear: There have been some troubling SNAFU's recently with USPS deliveries to a few Patriots who ordered IIIGear, after the packages left our shop. Except for my ally in Illinois who I wrote this evening, who is waiting for his order, if anyone out there is still waiting for gear please drop me an email - Kerodin@Kerodin.com. Our records show everything has shipped, so if you haven't rec'd your gear let me know so I can track it down.
This weekend we will be offering a special new IIIGear item specifically used as a fundraiser. It will be controversial, it will be in-your-face, and it will make the Marxists lose their minds. It will only be offered for a limited time. I hope to have it up tomorrow, but it may be Sunday.

Things have been quiet on the public front of the Citadel for a few months, but there has been considerable movement under the radar. Time for a quick update.
III Arms: Any Citadel conversation must begin with a III Arms update. While I am not the best person to give such an update, I do have enough knowledge of what is happening with the company to share what is publicly relevant. Jim Miller, President of III Arms, has worked remarkably hard and smart since volunteering to take the helm at III Arms. In less than a year from the time he started accepting orders, many customers have III Arms rifles in their hands. The pictures I have seen showcase the craftsmanship and dedication Jim invested to make III Arms more than just an idea. He has made III Arms a company that delivers product.
Reviews from those who have received their rifles are positive. You'll see some of those reviews and rifles in the coming weeks or so when the company puts out its first promotional video. I'm not sure of the current status of the 1911 orders on his workbench, but I know a few weeks ago he had all parts in-house, except slides which have been slow since the post-Sandy Hook industry meltdown. They may already be in, I don't know for sure.
Recent silliness about the III Arms trademark is just that - silly. There are a few stupid people who make gun parts and think they can take a shortcut and profit off all the hard work invested by Jim and all of you who supported the III Arms effort. They are wrong. But that fight isn't really for online. One thing that you probably know about Jim, Holly and everyone else who supports III Arms - they are not afraid of a fight. Whether face-to-face or in court, they don't back down when they are being wronged. They will never back down when it comes to defending the people who made III Arms possible. Some people simply need to learn lessons the hard way.
Idaho: If you read this blog often you know the Idaho PatCom was a wonderful success. Patriots from all over the country traveled to meet one another atop a beautiful mountain at the III Arms site. Many of those people are in various stages of wrapping up their homes and moving to Idaho. Several of those people are entrepreneurs, and are bringing their companies with them. I am looking for III Pioneers to begin streaming into the area next spring and putting down roots.
To that end, as I have mentioned briefly before, Holly and I have decided we will spend the winter in the area. We will continue to meet the folks who call Benewah County home, every one of which has been nothing but kind and welcoming to us. We have decided that we will open a small business in town to help introduce ourselves. My personal thanks to everyone who was recently contacted in email. You know who you are, and what you mean to me and Holly. More on that later, when the time is right. Which reminds me, I need to talk to a man about a website...
If you are planning to move into the area, Holly and I are happy to serve as your eyes and ears on the ground. Touch base with us and we can help look for suitable homesteads for your family, or locations for your business. When you come for vacation, we'll be honored to meet up with you and help in any way we can. Right now the most important facet of advancing the Citadel concept is to have entrepreneurial Patriots come and settle in the area, bringing jobs with them.
Predictions are for a snowy winter in the area, which appeals to me. I like the snow. If you are planning a spring or summer trip to the area, we can guide you to the III Arms site if you want to camp. It is beautiful, quiet, full of game to make hikes exciting.
The only sour note in our mouths comes from this past springtime. We had intended to begin developing the III Arms site last spring. However, two very significant companies wrapped us up in talks for a television series that dragged on far too long, and we missed our window of opportunity. We won't make that mistake again.
If you want to support the people coming to Idaho as part of the Citadel principle, the best way is to join us out there. If that isn't in the cards for you, then ordering an AR or 1911 from Jim at III Arms company directly contributes to the success of the project, while putting a world class fighting firearm in your hands. The next time you head to a 2A rally or event, having a III Arms firearm over your shoulder or on your hip will tell the world where you stand, without having to speak a word.
My personal thanks to you all, to everyone who has supported III Arms and the Citadel. Whether you are a Founder, an owner of a III Arms firearm, or simply someone who has given moral support, none of these successes would have been possible without you. III Arms is a company that tells the world that III Patriots are more than talk.

Alan Mullenax made the observation awhile ago that the dust-ups in the "Liberty Community" give those watching the opportunity to choose sides. Smart people see what is happening, and they understand that just because someone claims to be a "Patriot", he may define that word far differently than do you. In fact, the odds that the average "Patriot" seeks a 1791 DoI/Constitution/BoR compliant version of Liberty are pretty slim.
We saw that with the recent revelation of the "Rockford Sons of Liberty" who wear the word Patriot and vow to "sniper-sweep" on behalf of MoveOn and other Leftists. That insignificant little Mayoral douche in Texas is another example.
CA reminded us that we should seek to defeat the Bad People before we start fussing among ourselves for whichever Utopia we advocate. That is not bad advice, and I'm aboard. To a point. I've already stated that point time and again. If your version of Liberty includes anything beyond Jefferson's Rightful Liberty, we've got a problem. We've got a problem that will include violence if you try to bring that "Liberty" my way - before or after OpFor has been cleared from the field. As I have mentioned specifically to several people - if we end up in a foxhole and I learn your end game is bad, a knife in the neck is suitable.
But, for those who have their heads on straight, don't let the insignificant little minds online distract you. They must endure life living in their suck. When the balloon goes up, they will all be hiding and wetting their panties. No need to keep trying to get us all to play nice in the sandbox - because we are not all on the same team.
Jake has a good perspective, here.
Stay safe, folks. Let the little people ping off our efforts like spoons bouncing off a battle tank.

Local .Gov is as infected with vermin as state and national politics.
There are organizations out there that try to keep the beast in check, but it doesn't work. The profit motive is too strong for dishonest people, because they can simply make too much money and accrue too much power even in lowly county or city politics. These are the people who will never seek true Liberty for you - only for them. That is called tyranny.
The National Motorists Association runs SpeedTrap.org, a site that helps document areas across the country where local .Gov works to funnel Citizens into organized thievery by local officials. Some wear badges and guns, some are merely bureaucrats shuffling paper, and others are the true snakes who pass the laws that make it all "legal" and give license to the theft.
Here's just one excerpt from a small town in Texas:
Interstate 30 in Titus county at the winfield exit .8 miles Winfield, Texas
Winfield has incorporated .8 miles of Interstate 30. The whole process is very disgusting. They might as well put up a toll booth and charge fees, at least that would be honest. They have the video running at all times so be careful what you say. The officers are young and jumpy. The judge and city attorney are in cohoots. You will not get a fair trial. The city attorney, a woman, is on some kind of medication, maybe legal, maybe not. Don't have a pre-trial conference with her, a waste of time. Be ready for two trips, arraingment and trial. They will make an offer to make the ticket dissappear for about a $100.00. A few calls to MADD, 8 liquor stores in town, pop. 450, might help. Rumor is local residents get beer for teens.
Apr 29, 2010
It fits tangentially with this story about a woman who was forced to strip at a Texas jail - for a speeding ticket. Here's that story.
Petty criminals and thugs operate within .Gov offices and uniforms.
They line their pockets with wealth stolen - at the point of a gun - from Citizens. They advance their racist, greedy and Maoist perversions under color of law. They think they are better than the average Citizen.
When you clean up your AO, don't forget these mini-JBTs. Even the elected ones are filth.
Resist tyrants. Everywhere you find them. Throat punch the bastards while they stand in line at Starbucks. They are all taint-lickers, as bad as every FSA idiot in the country.
Oh - if you are reading this and don't like what I say about corrupt .Gov officials: Fuck You. Sideways. Come get some.

Denninger shows his work and articulates why voting alone will never return America to a path of Liberty.
Just as allowing millions of new voters into the country from south of the border pads the numbers for the Ds, expanding welfare pads the numbers, so too does expanding the number of .gov employees expand the D voter rolls. None of these groups will bite the hand that feeds them - literally. It is "stacking the court" as was threatened in our past when SCOTUS dared challenge a law the Executive wanted.
This is why the Establishment Rs play along, they want to be eaten last.
The most effective way to rid a swamp of alligators is to drain the swamp.
The most effective way to stop the erosion of Liberty in America is to be rid of the alligators that infest the country. They must be removed from the controls of society. They must be removed from the classrooms in which they indoctrinate the youth. The banksters who have no love of country or desire to protect your Liberty must be gelded. They must sit down and play by the rules of the DoI and BoR, or they must leave. They may leave of their own free will, or - not of their own will.
But the First Amendment does not apply to people who use it to destroy the 2nd, or 4th, or any other principle of Liberty. That is not a "Legitimate difference of political opinion" - it is murder of the republic which was designed to help you keep Liberty. They are cancer. You may choose to die of cancer. I choose nay. And you do not have the moral right to insist that I die of cancer with you.
If you are not willing to get your hands wet and dirty, you do not deserve the Liberty we discuss in this community.

“Soldiers attending a pre-deployment briefing at Fort Hood say they were told that evangelical Christians and members of the Tea Party were a threat to the nation and that any soldier donating to those groups would be subjected to punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.“
Soldiers will face criminal charges if found to be affiliated with Tea Party and Christians. That may be a bit of an over-simplification, but it isn't wrong.
Anyone still doubting that the military is being purged is in denial - at best.
What make domestic armies strong, while weakening the .mil?
We have seen this before.
Domestic Enemies know history as well.

You bow to a King and you get in response - dismissal.
You lose his respect. You lose his fear.
So the Saudi's dismiss the White House as an entity capable of providing for their security.
Not that I mind, may the Saudis all rot in the desert.
The lesson is this: Americans bow to no man. That is the fundamental premise upon which our nation was built. All Men are equal. When we forget that, we forget ourselves and our mandate as freemen.
Remember - even the hare ignores the dead lion.
Here's the story.

Seattle is using Eminent Domain to take a parking lot from a private owner to turn it into a parking lot with .gov as the owner. Of course .gov will turn this into a revenue source, if not immediately (for PR reasons) then within a few years.
And what coverage does such a story earn today? A single line at Drudge - the only outlet I've seen it at this morning. No MSM. It is just another thing in today's world.
The precedent was set and now it becomes routine. Just as asset forfeiture and putting people into prison for pot.
Yet now, across the country, pot is being de-criminalized. So, as a just a fair society, how does that sit with all of the people currently in prison and who have done years of their lives in prison, for what is now a legal activity? Fair? Tough luck, lump it? Land of the free and home of the brave? Rule of Law? Not so much.
Also on Drudge is the story about Universities declaring that Cowboy and Indian Halloween outfits are 'Offensive'. You and I recognize this for what it is - more separation of a People from its heritage. Casting an entire generation into the waters with no lifeline into the past for bearings of the future. "Everything in your past is wrong, we'll tell you what is Right..."
When you are ready to step off the porch, be sure to remember all of these people who you will find cowering in their homes, claiming they "...never did anything..." to hurt Americans.
A man doesn't need to strike his wife to abuse her. A teacher doesn't need a paddle to hurt her students and her country. She merely needs a textbook and a sense of superiority. And she is not alone.

The chatter in DC is whether or not to delay the penalties on Citizens because of the roll-out cluster-foxtrot.
There are two arguments taking shape. First, a delay would so gut the legitimacy of the program that people will never enroll, thus starving it to death and giving politicians cover to repeal or simply ignore the law. Second, there are those who think the roll-out SNAFU is merely another planned part of moving toward a single-payer system. That logic follows: If companies drop policies in sufficient numbers, causing a "national emergency" because those people can't enroll in the exchanges, legislation (or Executive Order) would pop up to create a single-payer system, the ultimate goal of the Left all along.
Given the heartburn happening now in Dem circles, one must think the roll-out mess is genuine. But such opportunities can be capitalized upon on the fly. Reports from DC that Dems facing 2014 elections are open to delays, which means they understand if ObamaCare is an issue again in 2014, it will go badly for them. In some matters a window of opportunity is finite. The Left needs to get ObamaCare up and running and cemented in place before the general public, including the Left, simply dismisses its legitimacy.
One thing is certain: People are going to die in the turmoil being created as a direct result of FedGov meddling in healthcare. Dead people, however, do not bother power-hungry Leftists seeking to fundamentally transform America.
When a man or woman denies your ability to see your doctor or receive proper care, the matter becomes one of self defense. No person is entitled to kill you through proxy - whether that proxy is a SWAT Team or simply denial of service regarding your health.
Removal from the controls of society. The question, Alex: What is the only remedy to America's problems?
The only alternative is death, on their terms.

Virginia is essentially two different states - northern Virginia is tied to the DC political machine and votes Blue. The rest of the state is essentially red. In Woodbridge, Virginia a woman was facing a gang of 10 teens, at least one of which was putting his hands upon her daughter. The woman pulled her pistol and fired into the air, and the animals scattered, as is prudent when you suddenly find an angry mother holding a firearm when you are up to no good with her daughter.
LEO arrested the woman. The government of the county, which is growing more Blue every day, takes the position that the woman had no right to fire into the air. They cited gravity as the reason - "What goes up must come down, and when the bullet falls it could hurt someone..."
I sh*t thee not, that is the reason they offered.
What about the people about to be hurt by a pack of 10 animalistic boys - the woman and her daughter? Should she have instead put a round into the boy? That would have surely eliminated the risk to bystanders. Should she have waited until she or her daughter were punched? Not a good strategy to take a punch from a boy who is younger/stronger/faster and hope you stay upright, and hope it doesn't start a swarm reflex in his 9 buddies.
Most of you reading this story are the choir, preaching to you changes nothing. But the story is another example of just how Evil the people who would have you bend knee are in their hearts. They must be removed from the controls of society. They must no longer retain the power to arrest a woman in these circumstances.
The end of the article is troubling. While the woman was in custody, her daughter went missing. Did she simply run away? Did her attackers find her, this time without her mother and her mother's pistol? If she turns up dead, is there a single person reading this blog who does not think the LEO who arrested her, the prosecutor who is on the case, the politicians who passed the insane statutes, and the bureaucrats in-between are not as equally guilty of murder as the animal that kills her?
They are all guilty. Their actions left a girl defenseless and subject to the whims of animals. If the girl is hurt, they all should hang. If she is not hurt, they should hang anyway, for enforcing unconstitutional laws that left her in jeopardy.
They are not innocents.
Here's the piece.

How many of the people reading this blog were walking around the neighborhood when they were 13 years old, carrying a real handgun or rifle? I know I did. No one lost their minds. I was one of many. Granted, I was in a county populated by farmers, watermen, hunters and other folks still possessed common sense.
When children are being murdered in the street by uniformed members of Government, under color of law, for carrying plastic toys, it is time for a re-boot in our society. The boy was walking down the street. He was not, obviously, shooting anyone. He was no threat.
Where I grew up, if something like this had happened, the LEO involved would be treated as the threat and handled accordingly. They would have been met at their homes by real men who don't tolerate animals in society. The cop shop would have been burned to the ground. The next person wearing a badge in the county would understand that children are off limits. The next person who wore a badge would understand that they work for a community that will not hesitate to put his dead carcass under the corn.
I wonder if those times, those men, are gone forever...

“If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed;
if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may
come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves.”
Polygonal Battlespace - coined by CA and repeated often here. Your enemies come from all sides, you must be ready and willing to engage on all sides. It is not simply a concept regarding physical combat. It means you must engage on the propaganda front, the legal front, the physical front, and any other front from which you find enemy pressure. To use the tools of society in your fight is as moral as it gets, for such means of fighting are usually non-violent. To use the internet as a bullhorn is prudent. When, if, it ever becomes necessary, resorting to arms is moral as well, for self defense is the ultimate moral high ground.
But to bend knee and choose not to fight when challenged is a mentality I simply can't comprehend. My brain simply is not wired that way. In my world "Resist" is not a means to salve one's conscience after surrendering - it is a way of life. How you resist is of little import. That you resist is what matters. Noone would blame you for not boxing Mike Tyson. But abject surrender after a token show of resistance is not acceptable - you fight a Mike Tyson on terms that are more favorable to you. But fight you must if he brings it.
The Enemies of Liberty are coming from all sides. They are attacking your children from before the time they enter school, and the onslaught once they hit state-run pre-school is relentless. They indoctrinate your children to bend knee to authority in all cases. They teach your children that fighting is never the answer. You must resist. You must protect your children. You will not win the fight for your child's heart and mind if you spend 20 minutes at night trying to counter a full day in state-run school. The enemy has the advantage - they have your child for nearly 2 decades of grind.
They attack your ability to provide the necessities of life. They take bread from your plate and put it on the plates of people who refuse to work. They attack your ability to protest with political correctness that will stunt or ruin your career if you push too hard. They attack your ability to defend your very life with 2A restrictions imposed by their words, yet carried out by everyone in the chain - from the bureaucrats who write ATF regs to the gun shop owner who refuses to break the rules and sell you a weapon.
They come at you from all directions, every single day.
Resist and Fight accordingly.

**Quick Update** A few people have written to ask about the III they have engraved on their personal arms, or such decorations. Individual Patriots have never rec'd a letter from III Arms, nor will they - this matter is between two businesses. Remember also: III Arms is not a for-profit firearms company. All "profits" are used to benefit the Citadel project - not to go into the pockets of some guy who runs a company and feels it is necessary to put this disclaimer up regarding a III symbol: The Picture above is not meant to portray any political belief of Red Dot Arms Staff or Ownership.
I am a big fan of Ruger firearms. I'm not pleased with the politics of what Bill Ruger did years ago, but I have owned and shot many Ruger offerings and I have never been disappointed. I am particularly fond of the SP-101 5-shot .357 revolver, with Hogue finger groove grips. I owned one in my mis-spent youth, and it served its role as secondary sidearm very well.
Some of you know that Mike Vanderboegh has a personal dislike of me that has become a compulsive disorder from what I can tell. Now he has gone and used his persuasion on an Alabama gun maker and convinced the shop to start putting the III Arms Trademark on their firearms and accessories. You see, we live in Mike's head, rent free. He can't stand a successful III endeavor, and tries to undermine as many as he can. He's simply not happy if he isn't ripping the community apart.
So, he looped this dummy at Red Dot Arms into tagging his guns and accessories with the III Mark owned by III Arms Company. Are you listening Randy? The emails you received were polite, informed you that you were using a registered Mark in violation, and to please stop. You told Holly that you did, in fact, stop. So, you are also a liar. I see on Mike's page that he thinks you have "sufficient differences" in your symbol from the III Arms Mark, so you are safe. You added a circle of stars around the Registered III Mark. I did the same thing to the Ruger logo above. I'm sure a gun company would be quite safe using my new Ruger logo. Go ahead, Randy - put the Ruger logo on one of your uppers and see if the Ruger lawyers agree with you - that adding stars is "different enough" to stop them from suing you into bankruptcy. You are going to lose your company, Randy. If you have a lawyer who is advising you to go forward, try this: Go to your lawyer and have him sign a paper that says if he loses at trial (This WILL go to trial) that HE will pay for all judgments and penalties and fines. Heh, he won't do it. You are going to lose your company. Treble damages will be ordered, for you continue to operate in bad faith.
Randy: Write the proper people at III Arms, apologize and work out the issue. If not, they will turn it over to Lawyers, and those lawyers are really eager to have this case.
Mike: You remain one of the saddest Souls I have ever known. But I can't help you any longer. I have held my tongue and my actions long enough. In this action you have revealed to the world how petty and insignificant and irrelevant you have become to the Liberty Movement. You have revealed yet again that your only goal is to destroy and disable progress. This time you seek to harm Randy at Red Dot in your evil desire to somehow best me, but worse, you also seek to destroy the efforts and dreams of nearly 50 Founders of the III Arms Company, Patriots all, and all they wanted to do was build something tangible for the Patriot Community that provided positive forward motion of our goals.
You will not be allowed to injure them, Mike.
Several times at your blog you seem giddy at the prospect of having me under oath in Discovery. Once more you prove that what you don't know is more dangerous than what you do know. You see, you will never get me under oath - not because I am afraid of you, but because I am not party to the games you are trying to play. I like to think of myself as III Arms Company's best cheerleader. But, what I am not, is a member, employee, consultant, janitor or in any fashion part of the companies you chose to fuck with.
So, as you fail to get me under oath, you did ensure that you will be under oath for tortious interference. Oh, yeah. That's a bad one. That is going to leave a mark. You've satisfied every requirement for a tortious interference charge. Congratulations! Did you think about that before you decided to gamble every asset you own, including the home your wife should have lived in after your death, in this amateur attempt to diminish me in some manner? You are as sad a tactician and strategist for revenge as I am certain you are on the field. Thank God you won't be getting Patriots killed in the Liberty Games. See you in court, Mike. I'll be in the gallery, not on the witness list. Thank you for the new bay window at the house - paint it white for me, please.
Go ahead Mike - time to start begging your readers for more money to hire a lawyer against the big, bad Kerodin. But it isn't against me. I'm not the one coming. You couldn't handle it if I were coming. You did this to yourself, again. You fucked with people who run companies that had never done a single thing to harm you. Once again, you lose. Once again you hurt the community.
Folks, I won't be commenting on this matter much at all. Once the lawyers take over, it needs to be handled by them, without my running commentary. Besides, we have many projects in play, and my attention is elsewhere for the winter. Come springtime, there will be considerable activity in Idaho among several families! Stay safe!
